Penthouse - Las Vegas Strip
This design was based on old world charm. The owner wanted a gataway retreat where he could forget about the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. I took a barebones, non-painted or furnished loft penthouse and transformed it into a palace. Included in the design was 6 foot wainscoting, dark mahogony wood floors, old world furniture, and many unique design concepts. The guest bathrtoom is lavishly styled with a claw foot tub and a fabric mural of angels above. The Master Bath includes a custom steam shower. The kithen was upgraded with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All-in-All, this showplace has all the creature comforts deserving of a king. Four Bedroom, Three Bath House - Rancho Cucamonga
This is a new construction house in Southern California. It came with a basic "Contractor" white feel. I upgraded the two main bedrooms, both fomral and informal living rooms, dining room, family game room, and downstairs bathroom with a custom faux paint treatment. As you can see, this is no longer a contrator house but a personnalized home. Click Here to View a Video Presentation of This Design Job .

Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condo - Northwest Las Vegas
These are the before and after pictures of a condo design I just finished for a young bachelor. The client wanted to get rid of that just-moved-in look and give the place a lived in, modern country feel. As you can see from these before pictures, the home although beautiful, lacked punch. This design project is titled "Urban Cowboy". I reused the clients existing pieces, often restyling and repainting to match the new design and used warm wall colors to make the most basic and biggest design statements. One Bedroom, One Bath Condo - Southwest Las Vegas
I designed and furnished this condo as an Executive Rental Property. The condo was bare white walls and carpeting only. The design was intended to appeal to a wide variety of clients. A simple yet elegant gray and cream design with brushed aluminum accents was used. Click Here to View a Video Presentation of This Design Job.

Kitchen Remodel - Central Las Vegas
These are the before and after pictures of a kitchen re-design I just finished for a married couple. The kitchen is from a home built in the 1950's and updated last in the 1970's. The kitchen and dinning room had that 70's feel and look including very dark cabinets. The clients wanted that "Tuscan Countryside" look and feel. I created Two Trumpe L'oeil Paintings, "Custom Murals", depicting windows looking out into the surrounding grape vineyards and rolling hills. I aslo employed a custom "Brick Breaking Through The Wall" paint technique to add flair to the room. Click Here to View a Video Presentation of This Design
